I'm fundraising for Family Services in honor of my late mom, Tammy AKA Mimi, who dedicated over 30 years of her life to working in mental health services in the Hudson Valley. She was an advocate for mental wellness & lived her life as a bright & shining light in her community; always providing an open ear, love & kindness to those in need. I appreciate your support in honoring her memory while we improve our own mental health through dedication to physical resilience. We are proud to participate in Family Services' Fifty2 End Stigma challenge to help raise awareness about the importance of mental health & support vital services in our community. For the month of October, we all commit to walk, run, hike or bike 52 miles to improve our mind & body wellness. We promise to share our journeys & have open conversations with anyone we meet along the way to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
