This October I'm committing myself to consciously walk, hike or bike 52 miles with my friends, colleagues & neighbors. For me, dedication to physical activity helped me surmount the grief of my mother's death as well as generalized depression & anxiety in day-to-day life. Endorphins are the best natural way to enhance our overall mind & body wellness. I vow to help others on their own personal journeys by being a safe space to share & a buddy for outdoor adventures. #iendstigma
