When you MOVE, TALK, THRIVE, you’re making a bold statement that mental health is a human right, and everyone deserves support. We want you to:

Take on the challenge of walking, running, hiking, or biking 52 miles in the month of October, all while raising awareness about mental health. Share your experience, online or with your peers, to end stigma and build a more connected community, one step at a time.

Join us on October 25 for our Mental Health Day of Action! A group of champions will run the full 52 miles in ONE DAY to raise awareness about mental health, culminating at ThriveFest, our health and wellness fair in Kingston, NY.

Based in the Mid-Hudson Valley, Family Services is working to end the stigma around mental health challenges and increase access to mental healthcare in our region. Join us in raising funds and awareness to ensure we can provide critical support to those who need it.

The first ThriveFEST will be held on October 25, our day of action for mental health awareness!

From health screenings to health-forward vendors and live entertainment, this wellness fair reflects our shared commitment to supporting everyone's right to thrive.

Join us at ThriveFEST where we'll cheer on a special group of champions as they culminate their
52-mile ultramarathon in solidarity with those facing mental health challenges.

When we started this campaign, an estimated 52 million adults in the United States were living with a mental illness. Now, that number has grown to over 60 million adults, with children ages 3-17 facing increased rates of mental illness since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We've heard from our community: children and adults across the Hudson Valley need support, and Family Services is here to offer that. By raising funds for Family Services, we are able to expand our programming to ensure everyone has the right to mental health.
