I'm proud to participate in Family Services' Fifty2 End Stigma challenge to help raise awareness about the importance of mental health & support vital services in our community. For the month of October, I commit to walk, run, hike or bike 52 miles to improve my own mind & body wellness. I promise to share my journey & have open conversations with anyone I meet along the way to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
I hope you will join me in building a more connected community, one step at a time. Every dollar raised goes to fund Family Services' programs, aimed to support people, strengthen families, and nurture safer, healthier communities. Please consider donating to help increase access to mental healthcare in our region & support everyone's right to thrive! Feel free to ask me how you can get involved too.
