My family and I are proud to participate in Family Services' Fifty2 End Stigma challenge to help raise awareness about the importance of mental health & support vital services in our community. For the month of October, I commit to walk, hike, or pickleball 52 miles to improve our own mind & body wellness. I promise to share my journey & have open conversations with anyone I meet along the way to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.

Consider joining me or my team Pawsitive Vibes (yes, it is totally based on my colleague's and my love for our furry friends) in building a more connected community, one step at a time. Every dollar raised goes to fund Family Services' programs, aimed to support people, strengthen families, and nurture safer, healthier communities. Please consider donating to help increase access to mental healthcare in our region & support everyone's right to thrive! Feel free to ask me how you can get involved too.

I enjoy my after work walks with a good podcast or audio book, but nothing is better than walking with a friend!    My Pawsitive Vibe teammate Kathy and I enjoyed the Walkway over the Hudson over the weekend.  Not only did we enjoy getting steps in and catching up - we also took breaks to enjoy great snacks (thank you food truck with fresh donuts and kettle corn) and beautiful views.  Now that is supporting Mental Health!
